A large reclaimed meat cleaver made from oak and old steel. This was in use for many years at a family butchers.
The blade is stamped ‘SJ’. The steel runs all the way through the handle for reinforcement.
The blade is fairly sharp and it has a hole to aid hanging up in the kitchen.
