Here we have vintage paint brushes for decorating or applying oil or wax to furniture. They are made in England around the 1960's.
You'll see from the photos that they are constructed in the traditional way using a copper clasp above the wooden handle to gather the brush hairs. The copper on these has a great worn look but they were clearly looked after and cleaned well throughout their life. They are all natural pure bristle brushes.
They would be perfect for decor or props and would work well for DIY for many years to come!
