Vintage notebook issued by Her Majesty's Stationery Office circa 1950's. Fore-pages have segmented sections and the book is lined.
Mostly blank and waiting for all your thoughts and secrets - the first seven pages have a single word written across the top and the cover has been doodled on - nice!
