Kitchen Cleaver Knives

Reclaimed meat cleavers made from oak and old steel. Both cleavers have been professionally sharpened by Community Cutlery in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. They are very sharp and ready to use to cook up a storm in the kitchen!

Both cleavers have rust to the surface of the blades but this can be removed easily. We have left it on so as not to remove the character and patina.

Style 1 (with the more curved blade) has a very faint maker's mark and we can't quite make it out. The wooden handle does have some slight splitting present.

Style 2 is French, according to the very faint manufacturer's stamp, was made by 'Garanti'.
