Record No 2 Woodworking Plane

This No 2 plane was manufactured between 1933 and 1943 by the Record trademark brand from their Sheffield factory.

An incredible example of a woodworking plane, complete with rosewood knob and handle, a blue enamel inner base and brass fixtures. The Record gold decal is clear on the thumb plate. In near perfect condition for its age.

This would make for an incredible gift, to be appreciated in its current form or to be put to work as intended.
