A bullnose vintage butcher's knife made by Southern & Richardson of Sheffield, England.
Known as 'nest cutlery' as a nod to the birds nest logo as pictured on this example, the Southern & Richardson company produced table cutlery as well as pocket and butchers knives, from 1828.
Sturdy, long-lasting and not to mention absolutely stunning, this knife will serve you well for many more years to come. For sharpening, we would recommend our good friends Community Cutlery based in Ilkley, Yorkshire.
